    <summary type="html">Well, nationalist fervor goes hand in hand with religious fervor. We can resent haters for being attached to our national symbol, though some of the folks you mention stand under a confederate flag and other symbols. &#xD;

Anyway, its only a symbol - with "strips and stares?" As such, its never going to mean the same thing to everyone.</summary>

You have the KKK, One of Americas first terrorist groups, Aryan nation, and so on, and they stand under the banner of being Christians.  Were the fundamentalist Christians would of been Americas first Terrorists Org! &#xD;
