Even running on the platform of promising Salutary neglect of TOU policies would just cause some people here to go over your head and complain to TOU who'll have a bone to pick with you. It's a big setup... not worth the bullshit. This tribe in particular demands someone with enough time to log in a few times a day just to keep an eye out for big violations of TOU when it attracts the very people who love to see how far they can step over the line and challenge the policies while others run about trying to get you to enforce it on them.
